The figure of the Project Manager (PM) is at the centre of the process regarding all relations with the customer starting from the acquisition of the order to the functioning of the installation and after. The PM actively intervenes in the sales negotiation phase in order to guarantee the dead line dates and to confirm the customers expectations regarding the start up of the installation. As soon as the order is issued, the project manager assumes control of the work to be carried out along with customer raport. He becomes the coordinator between:

• customer
• sales manager
• production
• site manager

With the insertion of the figure of the PM, Acmi intends improving the level of satisfaction of his customers by means of consolidating and continuing relations. Thanks to this mentality which has been part of the company even before the introduction of this new managerial figure, Acmi was able to continue its rapport of supplying it customers starting from its foundation in 1984.
