Service

With the term "service", Acmi intends to formulise a series of procedures and behaviour with the intention of following and helping the customer in all the phases of study, projection, installation, start up and line maintenance. The organisation structure allows Acmi to associate to each individual customer a competent reference person capable of following them in all of the described phases.


When dealing with projection and particularly complex interventions the managing director intervenes with the handling of the project and customer relations.

Over the course of time, Acmi has developed an assistance network with qualified personnel and technicians which are directly based in the headquarters in Fornovo and a warehouse for spare parts in: UK, México, United States, Poland, Russia and Australia.
