At the begining of 2010 Acmi officially presented the automatic film changeover for the shrinkwrapper line "Fenix". This system, installed in preview on the Compact Line, allows the feeding of the film for the packaging without having to stop the machine. The system may also be installed on the shrinkwrappers that were produced before 2010. Advantages:

• continuous cycle production
• improved operators safety (the operator does not work near any other mechanical part)
• improved accessibility (the operator intervenes maintaining a correct posture)
• improved efficiency and performance)
