The Ab-Inbev Magor factory is situated not far from Bristol (UK) , Acmi projected and supplied to this plant a new end of line to handle 330 ml cans. The project comprises the continuous layer formation Twisterbox second generation system which is associated with a high speed, high level Faster palletiser.

TWISTERBOX

As previously mentioned, the palletising system is made up with the ingenious Twisterbox, an Acmi patent that has changed the "layer formation" concept. The Twisterbox installed on this line is part of the second generation model with carbon pliers and comprises 3 modules capable of handling a production capacity at the filler of 90.000  cans/hr. The Twisterbox is characterised by a change over format which is entirely commanded from the operators panel, reduced maintenance and a high level of reliability thanks to the experience that Acmi has matured in this type of installation. The high level of flexibility and the fragile manner in which the containers are handled  make this machine ideal for the beer lines handling either cans or glass bottles. 

The supply is completed with the rotating ring pallet stretch wrapper mod. Rotofilm 125 E. The entire system has been configured to handle six different types of packs.
