PERRIER, THE MOST FAMOUS MINERAL WATER IN FRANCE

This is the best guarantee that Acmi can present, demonstrating, seriousness along with continuous quality which is getting constantly harder to find in the market today. In the Vergèze factory, in the South of France, approximately 50 Km from Avignon, flows the famous Perrier water. In this area, France’s most famous water is bottled in a modern factory which is also open to tourists.

SHRINKWRAPPER

Line 30 is a PET line with a production of 36.000 bottles/hr with Lt 1 bottles. At the outfeed of the blowing and filling block, a series of conveyors and accumulation tables convey the bottles containing the naturally sparkling water towards the double infeed shrinkwrapper mod. Fenix with a production of 160 packs.

TWISTERBOX

After the handle has been applied, the packs are transferred to a higher level by means of a spiral elevator which leads the packs to the high speed palletiser complete with Twisterbox with 3 modules, which preparing the layers in a constant manner allows the high infeed palletiser mod. Faster to form the pallets and transfer them in this manner to the pallet stretch wrapper. The stretch wrapper mod. Rotofilm 125 is preceded by a system which places a watertight hood guaranteeing excellent isolation of the layers. At this point a system comprising roller conveyors and automatic doors transport the finished pallets towards the stocking area where they are stored and subsequently transported.

In the Vergèze plant, Acmi was in charge of the projection, engineering and testing of the entire line covering the role of main contractor.
