As far as assistance is concerned, the customer can rely on a network of technical professionals located in all the countries in which the bottling and packaging systems produced by the company are installed.
Depending on the amount of lines operating in a given country, ACMI has close partnerships with local services (whose technical training is managed directly by the company) or, where deemed necessary, has opened direct branches with an after-sales service and a spare parts warehouse.
And there is more: by "customer service”, ACMI means the drafting of a series of procedures and actions to follow and assist the customer in all the study, design, installation, testing and maintenance phases of a bottling line.
