Privacy Policy – personal data treatment information
Information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 n. 196 ACMI SpA with registered office in Via di Vittorio n. 60, Fornovo di Taro (PR) , as holder of the personal data (henceforth “Holder”), also uses this site as an instrument for the collection of personal data. Therefore, in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 Code on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Code”) they provide the following information concerning the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) of those who submit voluntarily and upon acceptance as hereinafter described their data to the holder company through this site. The information is intended to allow users to know, even before accessing the sections of the site and conferring their data, how ACMI SpA processes personal data of users and the user shall, in any case, examine them before conferring personal data in the various sections of the site. The information is based on the recommendation that the European authorities for the protection of personal data have adopted to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data. A) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING According to the purposes expressed each time the user accesses the various sections of the site, the purpose of processing personal data provided directly by users through the completion of online forms will be the following: a) Allow sending a regular newsletter or commercial communications or access to the customer area b) Allow sending the name, e-mail and curriculum vitae for those who want to apply for a job position in the company c) Agree to be contacted by ACMI SpA for any request for contact or information of a corporate nature B) METHOD OF PROCESSING Personal data will be processed mainly in an automated form, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, except as provided by consent and legal obligations (eg. Prevention and prosecution of cybercrime). C) NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT OF DATA The conferment of data is optional, but it is necessary in part (ie. for the data whose fields are marked with an asterisk) so ACMI can meet the user’s needs relating to the functionality of the site and purpose of processing. The non, partial or incorrect conferment of data requested or sent as necessary for the execution of intended purposes will invalidate the execution, while the non, partial or incorrect conferment of unnecessary optional personal data does not have any consequences. D) CATEGORIES OF PERSONS WHO MAY BECOME AWARE OF PERSONAL DATA The data provided can be brought to the attention of employees and collaborators of the marketing and communication, human resources and sales departments, who operating under the authority of the holder shall be appointed in charge of data processing. E) FIELD OF COMMUNICATION OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA The personal data provided directly by users through the completion of forms will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties and the user can at any time request their modification and cancellation or oppose their use. F) HOLDER OF DATA PROCESSING The holder of data processing is ACMI SpA with registered office in Fornovo di Taro (PR) – 43045 - Via di Vittorio n. 60; info@acmispa.com G) USER RIGHTS User rights are recognized by art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/03 below: “ 1) the person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. 2) the person concerned has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identity of the holder, the person in charge of the designated representative in the Italian state, where foreseen; e) of the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the Italian state, managers or agents; 3) The person concerned also has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, when necessary, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except for the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4) The person concerned has, finally, the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The above rights may be exercised directly or by conferring, in writing, by delegation or proxy to natural persons or associations”. H) EXERCISE OF RIGHTS PURSUANT TO ART. 7 The user may, at any time, exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code relating to the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree n. 196/03) and know the complete list of persons in charge by sending an e-mail to info@acmispa.com or by sending a letter by post to: ACMI SpA Via di Vittorio n. 60 – Attn. Person in charge of processing personal data – 43045 Fornovo di Taro (PR). The user may, at any time, send an e-mail or a letter to the above-mentioned addresses and ask for the data to be changed or cancelled.
