PET LINES

Conveyors, accumulation table and aligners. Acmi produces conveyors and high efficiency conveying systems capable of handling bottles with very thin walls. Automatic lubrication, low levels of consumption and durability are the main characteristics of these components.
Shrinkwrapper. The Fenix line of shrinkwrappers include different types of models, single, double and triple lanes that can handle any type of pack configuration, tray included and any type of bottle format. The Fenix product range can be equipped with an external reel change over system.
Pack conveyors. A wide range of pack conveyors equipped with all the necessary mechanisms in order to prevent damages or abrasions on the product. Self lubrication, the Acmi conveyors are particularly durable and require very little maintenance.
Twisterbox layer formation system. The most famous of Acmi’s patents which allows the manipulation of the bulk bottles or packs of bottles with the maximum precision, composing the layer which will then be transferred to the palletiser. Precision, reliability, automatic format changeover and the possibility of handling any type of container are the main characteristics of this system.
Palletiser. Divided into three categories with different speeds and performances, the palletisers of the Faster, Thunder and Rasar series cover the customers requests. Easy use, minimum maintenance and high reliability are the distinctive elements of these machines. Alternatively it is possible to use a condor robot.
Pallet stretch wrapper. Acmi is capable of supplying the main types of pallet shrink wrappers these being with pallet, arm or rotating ring, starting from the basic model to fast high speed rotating ring type with double spool and superior top cover and automatic film change over.
Pallet conveyors and elevators. Robust, reliable, modular and low absorption levels, the pallet conveyors can cover any request and may be easily adapted to any layout. These are completed with the range of automatic elevators.
Automation and cabling. The cabling and automation systems are an important and integrating part of the Acmi supply.
