ROCKET E-500

Rocket E-500 is an automatic rotating pallet stretch wrapper for kraft paper. Patented by ACMI in 2021, Rocket E-500 features a SCARA-type robotic structure designed by ACMI and a fully electronic paper unwinding and tensioning system. The machine is suitable for wrapping a wide range of products from a variety of sectors. It mounts a 500 mm reel and can be equipped with various systems to increase its performance: automatic reel changeover system; reel generator system; top cover system; direct label printing station (directly on the paper). The ideal production range for Rocket E-500 is 40 to 100 pallets per hour and it can also be configured to serve multiple product lines.

The stretch wrappers of the Rocket series can be equipped with a robotic corner post application system, designed and supplied by ACMI.

ROCKET E-S

The Rocket E-S is a rotary arm stretch wrapper specifically designed to use fully recyclable kraft paper rolls instead of traditional plastic film, delivering clear benefits in terms of environmental impact and brand image. Its simple construction, combined with high-quality materials and the use of linear module lifts, makes the Rocket E-S a wrapper that requires minimal maintenance and has a very compact footprint.
