TRAYMAX HS
Traymax HS is a high-speed continuous tray former capable of reaching a production of 15 trays per minute, 45,000 2-litre bottles per hour, and of handling cardboard trays of 600x400, 600x800 and 600x1000 mm. Compared to the robotic solution, Traymax HS guarantees greater stability of the packaged product as it builds the tray around the product layer by means of a continuous, smooth and linear movement. It is suitable for packaging PET bottles, cans and duopacks (packs of two bottles) with mixed flavours.
