VIPER P

Viper P is an electromechanical handle applicator with an electronic spacing system. The absence of spacing worm screws at the infeed has a number of important advantages: simplicity and speed in format changeover operations; higher production speed; absence of rubbing on the packs. The handle application unit consists of a mechanical arm mounted on a cam that ends with a special application gripper, the whole unit is driven by a single motor. Viper P reaches a maximum speed of 90 packs per minute per lane and is available in one, two and three lanes.

Types of handles that can be used: cardboard handle assembled in the machine on an adhesive reel; adhesive reel with pre-assembled cardboard handle; reel handle (with continuous graphics) assembled in the machine on an adhesive reel; adhesive reel with an already assembled “foam” type handle
