CONDOR P140

This is a high-speed robotic palletising system consisting of the Condor robot and the Twisterbox layer formation system. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the new double-comb palletising head make this machine the ideal solution for lines that reach productions of 84,000 bottles and 110,000 cans per hour. This system is also particularly suitable for Repacking lines and GoGreen lines.

CONDOR P136

This is a medium-high speed robotic palletising system consisting of the Condor robot and the Twisterbox layer formation system. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the openable platform palletising head make this machine the ideal solution for lines with medium-high production speeds. The system can be configured without the Twisterbox layer formation, but with a traditional infeed when the Condor P136 palletiser has to be inserted on production lines with lower speeds.

CONDOR P120

This is a robotic palletising system for low and medium-low speeds equipped with a special comb pick-up head with side flaps. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special palletising head make this solution particularly suitable for any type of product and sector. It can be configured with the high-level or low-level product infeed.

CONDOR P180

This is a robotic palletising system consisting of the Condor robot and the Twisterbox layer formation system. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special palletising head with perimeter pads make this machine the ideal solution for handling plastic crates. If the speed of the line is not high, the palletiser can be fed by a traditional layer formation system. This system is also particularly suitable for RefPET lines.

CONDOR P180 2i

This is a double robotic-based palletising system. CONDOR P220

Condor P220 is a robotic palletiser equipped with a special pick-up head for loose bottles. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special palletising head make this machine the ideal solution for the production of pallet displays with PET bottles.

CONDOR P136/P220

This is a special configuration that allows a single system to handle the packs of PET bottles on the one hand and the loose bottles palletised on a tray or on a pallet display on the other (the Condor robot changes the pick-up head automatically to switch from one configuration to the other). The system can be designed both with the low-level infeeds, both with the high-level infeeds or with the high-level infeed of one product and the low-level infeed of the other. The layer formation of the part concerning the packs of bottles is handled by the Twisterbox system, while for the loose bottles a special laning and accumulation conveyor belt is placed at the infeed.

CONDOR GAL

Condor GAL is a robotic palletiser for 5-gallon containers and large formats. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the special palletising head make this machine the ideal solution for lines of this type. The specific version for 5 gallons can also be configured with an alternating cycle palletising and depalletising function.

CONDOR P240
