TUBE-PACK 40

Tube-Pack is the name of the new line of horizontal end load cartoners produced by ACMI. These systems reach a maximum speed of 40 cartons per minute, can handle packs with dimensions of up to 270 x 400 mm and are suitable for packaging cans and bottles. ACMI’s precise design choice led to the creation of a machine that has two distinctive elements: a large-capacity carton loader, inclined with respect to the machine plane to improve ergonomics and accessibility; a picking robot that improves overall efficiency, accessibility and ergonomics, simplifies the management of the format changeover and allows the “positive” opening of the carton. Special applications: Repacking, GoGreen.
