SMARTBLO XL
SmartBlo XL is a high-performance blower for large formats (up to 12 litres) with a small footprint thanks to the use of a single base for the oven and blowing carousel. The mould format changeover is quick and easy, while the parameter adjustment via HMI interface, with which it is also possible to monitor energy and air saving (a double air recovery system reduces consumption), is very intuitive. No lubricants are used in the oven to avoid the risk of contamination of the preforms during the stretch-blowing process. It is compatible with r-PET materials and lightweight preforms, and it is also possible to integrate preform and bottle vision systems to monitor product quality.
