BLO2FILL
Blo2Fill is the integrated platform for carbonated or non-carbonated products that combines a blower, a filler and a capper in a single solution. It features a compact and ergonomic design that guarantees efficiency, sustainability and low operating and maintenance costs. Compatible with r-PET materials and lightweight preforms, the machine enables continuous monitoring of energy consumption and parameter optimisation via the HMI interface. Characterised by high efficiency, the blower used in the block is also available in the double cavity configuration that doubles its productivity while maintaining the same footprint. The measures adopted during the design phase guarantee Blo2Fill high levels of quality and hygiene, maximum versatility and a quick and easy format changeover.
