BOTTLE CONVEYOR BELTS

ACMI designs and builds all the main conveying systems that are needed for the proper functioning of a packaging line. In particular, the bottle conveyor belts are supplied with high-efficiency motors and are equipped with an automatic lubrication system that requires minimal maintenance. They are fitted with quick-adjusting guides and, upon request, can be equipped with automatically adjusting guides that guarantee precision and very fast format changeover times. The bottle conveyor belts are managed by proprietary algorithms that allow complete integration with the other elements of the line, including the configuration of the “compact line” and maximise their operating efficiency.
