ROCKET

Rocket is a rotating pallet stretch wrapper with a SCARA-type robotic structure designed by ACMI. The machine is equipped with an electronic pre-stretch system capable of exceeding values of 400% (if the film allows it) and of handling very thin films, of even less than 25 microns. The electronic pre-stretch of the Rocket stretch wrapper allows the complete personalisation of the wrapping cycle and the formation of holding ropes. It is a very flexible machine that can mount reels of 500, 750 and 1,000 millimetres and can be equipped with different systems to increase its performance: automatic changeover system of the entire pre-stretch unit; top cover system; hermetic wrapping system; external welding station. The ideal production range for Rocket is 60 to 180 pallets per hour.

VORTEX

Vortex is a fixed pallet stretch wrapper designed with a strong structural steel frame. The machine is equipped with an electronic pre-stretch system capable of exceeding values of 400% (if the film allows it) and of handling very thin films, of even less than 25 microns. The electronic pre-stretch of Vortex allows the complete personalisation of the wrapping cycle and the formation of holding ropes. It is a very flexible machine that can mount reels of 500, 750 and 1,000 millimetres and can be equipped with different systems to increase its performance: automatic changeover system of the entire pre-stretch unit; top cover system; hermetic wrapping system. The ideal production range for Vortex is 60 to 150 pallets per hour.

ROCKET E-500

Rocket E-500 is an automatic rotating pallet stretch wrapper for kraft paper. Patented by ACMI in 2021, Rocket E-500 features a SCARA-type robotic structure designed by ACMI and a fully electronic paper unwinding and tensioning system. The machine is suitable for wrapping a wide range of products from a variety of sectors. It mounts a 500 mm reel and can be equipped with various systems to increase its performance: automatic reel changeover system; reel generator system; top cover system; direct label printing station (directly on the paper). The ideal production range for Rocket E-500 is 40 to 100 pallets per hour and it can also be configured to serve multiple product lines.
