    Technical Assistance Service is the heart of Area Service and has the task of ensuring technical support to every ACMI equipment throughout the world.

    Technical Assistance Service does not only respond to emergencies, but operates in order to improve the yield of the installed equipments, for the sole purpose of complying fully our customers’ production requirements.

     

    MAIN SERVICES

    • Mechanical and/or software emergency response within 24 hours in the areas served by a branch; within 36 hours in the rest of the world
    • Phone support: from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 18.00 CET, Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00 CET
    • Coordination and management of the construction site, scheduled maintenance, Audit and technical inspections
    • Remote teleassistance in the equipments where a VPN (Virtual Private Network) has been installed
    • Customer Service Manager by geographical area. This figure is the point of reference for the customer, starting with the installation stage of the equipment
    • Management and coordination of assistance branches in Mexico, USA and UK
    • Management and coordination of the certified assistance local establishments
